If you feel that $70 (+tip!) warrants customer service that goes above and beyond and offers flexibility to your 9-5 working schedule **without charging a "no-show" fee after you call to say you're late and get the answering machine** then you might want to look elsewhere. To the management: I recommend a review of front desk staff policies & interactions. The two front desk staff seem more interested in Instagram than customers. PS.
