I don't know if you've experienced this in other salons but, some stylists will just mix the hair color then have their assistant apply the color. Students would get 50% (or 70%; I don't remember) discount on their hair cut. As I sat down the chair, the stylist asked me what style I wanted. He also gave suggestions to fix my hair issues. During the makeup trial, since I don't wear a lot of makeup on a regular basis (actually, I do not wear makeup at all!), I relied on her to make the best decision for me. And because of that, she did not use heavy make up on me, which I appreciated a lot! She also listened to my husband's requests and adapted quickly (request for airbrushed makeup and hair style) and prepped my makeup and hair extensions to be ready for those changes. She was very easygoing and comfortable to work with, making the session fun and go by quickly! On the day of the Wedding day, while everyone was enjoying breakfast, Ara arrived so early!
