Then it was off for a massage. It is the 3rd massage I have had with Sam. She starts out slow to put you in the zone. She softly asks if the pressure is ok. Apparently, their policy is to charge the full price of the haircut--$35 for my son and $50 for me--in the event of a missed appointment. After being charged full price for a misstep, I will not be going back. I'm not sure whose business decision it was to lose three repeat customers over a missed appointment, but that's what the result will be. When there are over a hundred other salons in the Fox Valley to choose from, why would I put up with that? This will be the thing I remember about Salon Aura. I hope $85 was worth that.
