She said she could cut it without washing and I agreed. I told her to trim my ends, give me curtain bangs and some long layers with face framing layers in front. She literally butchered my hair! My hair went from past the middle of my back to shoulder length and was uneven all the way around! I had to go somewhere else to try and have it fixed. The hairstylist who helped me literally gasped when she saw what had been done! She could only fix it so much without chopping it all off! I have to go back after about 6 months of growing it out so she can finish fixing what was done! Terrible place!

Making the appointment was so easy on their website, they really care about what services you want. When I arrived the front desk lady was so sweet and pleasant and it was a great feeling, nothing felt rushed either. Sadie did my hair and she did wonderful, this entire salon and stylist are fantastic. Nothing felt rushed, no one seemed to be in a hurry. She also put just the right amount of product in my hair this is the first time I didn't wash my hair as soon as I got my hair done cause it felt greasy and just gross. It doesn't seem like they are just trying to get customers and trying to get the hair done super quick they really took their time. Prices to me seem very reasonable, and I'll definitely be booking my next hair appointment here.
