And will tell you if she doesn't think it will work as well as you have pictured in your head. That does happen to me often. If the world was like how it is in my head I would have really cool hair all the time. Plus Erin is super sweet and easy to talk to. The salon is always clean, neat and comfortable to be in. She botched my hair , I didn't get my layers and rushed me out without giving me the chance to really see the work I get home where I could see in my mirror expecting my hair to at least be close and my heart sank. I called and they told me they'd give me a discount to come back and get my hair toned and fixed and the owner would call to schedule me an appointment.
