I called and they told me they'd give me a discount to come back and get my hair toned and fixed and the owner would call to schedule me an appointment. When I didn't get the call I called in myself and they called me a liar, told me I'd admitted to previously dying it myself(which I didn't), and that they weren't going to help me. During my pedicure, the nail tech commented on my hairy legs even after I apologized. It's winter in Wisconsin; it happens. Then, when clipping my toenails, I apologized again since I don't get routine pedicures, and she commented about how long they were as well. It made the entire service feel uncomfortable and judgmental. When I moved on to my manicure, the tech (I didn't catch their name) accidentally cut my finger and it started bleeding. I included a photo. By that point, I honestly just wanted the appointment to be over. I hated my experience that was suppose to be relaxing. The total was $135 before tip, which is significantly higher than what I usually pay in Appleton ($90 for the same basic manicure and pedicure). For what I received, it felt overpriced. I wasn't asking for anything complicated--just simple colors, no designs, nothing extra. Overall, I left feeling like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I'm not a picky person, but based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this salon, 0/5 stars.

I paid over 5,000 for my first surgery and saw no change. The doctor set me up a revision to fix it only to have hardly no change at all. I went there to have 2 more revisions done to no satisfaction. I give then a grade of C-/ D . Now I am out roughly 10,000 in fees paid and still have a hump and very bulbous tip like bozo. I tried to talk to them to try another surgery and they want to charge almost full price again. I will be going to a more experienced rhinoplasty surgeon that actually has programs to show patients what outcome to expect. I had a very bad experience and wasted a lot of time, energy and money with Fox Valley Plastic Surgery. If their skills are anywhere near their rhinoplasty skills I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
