She botched my hair , I didn't get my layers and rushed me out without giving me the chance to really see the work I get home where I could see in my mirror expecting my hair to at least be close and my heart sank. I called and they told me they'd give me a discount to come back and get my hair toned and fixed and the owner would call to schedule me an appointment. When I didn't get the call I called in myself and they called me a liar, told me I'd admitted to previously dying it myself(which I didn't), and that they weren't going to help me. I paid almost $180.00 for this and I could have gotten a 10x better job with my husband throwing Sally's box dye on my hair.
