I got my hair washed cut and styled she did a great job exactly what I asked for. I also had a haircut done by the owner of the salon who is very experienced and did an amazing job. Chelsea charged 50 flat and the owner charged 80 flat. They are both amazing hair stylist. Would recommend either. I also came in for a shellac manicure. The girl did a good job and cleaned my cuticles and shaped my nails nicely. Although it started to peel just a few days after and usually I can get at least two weeks out of a shellac manicure. The place is clean and the atmosphere is great. Overall I would 100% recommend this place for haircuts.

If you're available between 11am - 4pm to patiently deal with front desk staff while they figure out how to use their systems, re-repeat your name, phone number, email, schedule and your preferred stylist (and call you repeatedly), and then find no slots for you in the next month.. this place is for you. If you feel that $70 (+tip!) warrants customer service that goes above and beyond and offers flexibility to your 9-5 working schedule **without charging a "no-show" fee after you call to say you're late and get the answering machine** then you might want to look elsewhere. To the management: I recommend a review of front desk staff policies & interactions. The two front desk staff seem more interested in Instagram than customers. PS. She listened to my concerns and expressed displeasure as to how I was treated by one of her employees in her absence. She asked me to return to the salon for a free wash and braid. She offered to return all of the funds that were charged for last week's service. Her honesty and willingness to satisfy me as a customer impressed me. On my return to the salon it was noticed that she acted upon the feedback regarding the wash station. She indicated that she has spoken with her staff as to how to meet client expectations. It was obvious that she read the review carefully and took the info as constructive feedback. I accepted 50% return of funds for the previous service. The owner is a class act. She handled my review in a very professional manner. Her offerings to appease me went beyond the call of duty. I feel she is working hard to improve her business and she values customer satisfaction. I would have no hesitation to return to Lady D's Salon.
