we came in to get 2 haircuts. No one greeted us. No one even talked to us so we tried to sign in…read moreand sat down. As we waited for 35 minutes since no one checked us in more people checked in online. We did not know this was an option and no one explained this to us. After waiting 40 minutes we asked how much longer and they said 3 other people check in ahead of us. So we wasted 40 minutes of our life sitting in their uncomfortable lobby for no reason. We left and will never return. This business needs to work on its customer service.

While visiting my brother in Oklahoma, I decided I needed a haircut bad. I asked several people and pretty much they all said to give this place a tried so I rolled the dice. I walked in and did the self check in on their computer. I was immediately greeted by a very nice young lady who took me to her chair. She and I had a really nice conversation while she was cutting my hair. I was shocked when she asked if I wanted my beard trimmed bc in San Diego, they can't do that yet. I knew I needed it so I said "yes please". I am not an attractive dude so this artist was working with a poor canvas and I still think she did a very good job. If I lived here, I would absolutely go back again and become a regular. I feel bad for not remembering her name so I can recommend her to you. The entire store was very clean, the staff all wore masks and they seemed to do the social distancing thing. The store was pretty empty when I was there so I cannot be certain. Anyway, it was a very positive experience. I would recommend this place, especially my stylist if I could remember her name that is....

One of the hair stylists finished as we were coming. I sat and waited but knew I was next because the app told me battery up and I was the only person on the marquee who was in the store. The stylists asked the guy something and the next thing I knew, she was putting him in her chair. Apparently, he made up a story that he was sitting in his car waiting and didn't know he was suppose to check in. I know this anthropology true because he pulled up at the same time as me. The stylist said nothing to me and carried on. There were 3 stylists present with nobody but me in the store, yet there wait said 57 minutes plus for there other people on the marquee. Not cool! Tami, I will not be coming back to your store again. You have been wonderful but the service from this store is atrocious now.
