I went to the rüt with only the knowledge that they seemed trendier than the other salons in this area, which somehow made it really appealing. When I got there, I was extremely impressed with the woodsy theme they did inside. It was chic and clean and wide open and felt very inviting. The woman who did my hair was not the owner, and I'm so mad I can't think of her name, but she was soooo friendly and accommodating. I was bringing in my 4 year old son for a trim, and she was extremely good with him and did exactly what we asked for which was to just keep it nice and long with just the ends trimmed off. Next up was me. She washed my hair and the products smelled really, really amazing, and she massaged my head and neck, which was top notch. I would probably go back for the massage alone. She used all natural products on me to smooth out and comb my extremely snarly hair out and somehow magically it was detangled. So I did end up buying the shampoo, conditioner, the leave in conditioner, and the dry oil smoothing product. They are all organic! How could I not try them?! My trim was exactly what I wanted. It's been maybe three weeks now, and I've continued to use the products and my hair has never felt healthier or shinier. Usually I can have a lot of frizziness, but for once it's under control. I finally found my salon! I can't wait to go back! I will totally be one of those "gets a trim every three months" people now that I finally have a salon I can trust. Oh, also, I was a pain in the butt and split my payment between my debit card and a gift card and it was being finicky and they were so patient with me. It really just made me feel like they would do anything for their clients, and I can't wait to go here for years to come.

I ended up walking out of the salon with only brown hair because she said "the dark color didn't take". She did offer to darken the top half and make it darker. After getting home and taking a closer look and realizing that the blonde wasn't there either I told Nicole I wanted the blonde fixed also since I didn't want brown and black hair I wanted blonde and brown. Nicole then told me she "did what she could" and the only way she'd fix it is for $120 more! I tried to get into Nicole for over a year because she was very hard to schedule with ( since she cancelled last minute 3 times leading up to this). The other girls look like they do decent though

Private lot with plenty of spaces. Upon entering, one of two girls advised that it would be about a 15 minute wait, so I agreed and sat. It probably took 30 minutes before I was told to sit in this black reclined chair. Both of the girls were busy with clients, so I didn't mind about the wait that much. The eyebrow process was one of the better ones I've been to. In other words, my eyebrows were symmetric. In addition, the wax glue is not hot at all compared to other places I've been to. I initially questioned if she was actually waxing my eyebrows. She took her time and picked at my hair wherever she needed to. My eyebrows turned out a bit thinner than I wanted but thank goodness for eyebrow products. Aside from waxing, Bella Vita offers massages, facials, hair color, hair perm, hair extension, hair up do, and makeup. Just be sure to make an appointment by calling in advance so you don't have to wait. Lastly, prices depend on length of hair like other hair salons!
