She insisted on doing some type of braid in my hair. I declined first because braids are not my style but she kept insisting so I finally agreed. Little did I know she insisted so she could charge me more than DOUBLE the cost of the haircut. I went in for a $57 cut and was charged $137! I didn't even like the braid but she took so long to do it all (1.5 hours!) i had to leave and just deal with it at home. I will never go back here and will make sure to warn anyone who is even considering it! Stay away unless you want to be ripped off! UPDATE: Based on the review I left I was contacted by the salon owner who confirmed I had been overcharged, offered me a full refund, and said they have implemented a new policy to ensure this does not happen again. Solid customer service.

She gives you her full attention and is very precise with her work. When I looked in the mirror, I was amazed at how flawless my makeup was, and it stayed like that the entire day. I was greeted warmly when I walked in the door and was introduced to Dom, who did my eyebrows. My brows had been previously over waxed and were uneven when I came in. Dom took her time with my brows, was super nice and made them even again! She did a beautiful job. My gel mani also looked great and lasted a little over two weeks. I will definitely be back! I've had many hack jobs and I waited almost a year to get my hair cut due to being butchered the last time. I took time to grow back my Bouncy Locks and I searched for a place near by that appeared to have experience. There was one tricky spot in my hair that was hacked pretty badly. Amanda was able to smooth out and blend the problem spot without taking off a lot of length. I can get my fingers through my hair and that's plenty success for me.
