My mom and I frequent here and have been loyal customers for quite some time now. I have 0 complaints! Each professional here excels in their craft. They offer a variety of services, and they are all so incredibly thorough and kind. When my mom books our spa appointments, they *never* miss the mark. I've been seen by numerous professionals here, from Oxygen/Essential oil treatments, Paraffin Hand Dips, Salt Booths, Facials, and Massages. The spa itself has numerous rooms, all decorated to each of the professional's liking. I would describe them as the epitome of Zen in Monroeville. During our latest appointment, we had our usual Oxygen and Salt booth services and Massages. I could go on for days about how incredible the practitioners are here-- but I want to give a very special shout out to Joy in this review. I usually get massages done by Nena (who is undeniably excellent at her craft), but this last appointment, Joy was my masseuse. Joy preformed the most body changing massage I have ever received. Her experience and education is listed on their website, and it genuinely explains better than I can why this massage was so special. Each professional here has their legal certifications; it's no wonder why they all are incredible at what they do. I scheduled an appointment in the morning at like 6 a.m. for a chemical peel facial (an option listed on the website.) The spa didn't open until 10 a.m. When I arrived I met Shelley, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained to me that typically, a chemical peel was a stand alone service but if I wanted, I could include the facial beforehand for an additional charge. I decided to just do the standalone. I appreciated the explanation between the 4 different types of peels that were offered, and I intend on exploring those in the future depending on how my skin handles the one I got which was glycolic. Other than some minor confusion which was cleared up pretty easily, this was an enjoyable experience and I would most certainly return again in the future for more services. They offer extensive skin treatments, which was the appeal in the first place. I am a long time customer of Loughner Massage & Lash Boutique, at least 6+ years. I met Amanda at our Networking Group and won a free full set of lashes. Well - I was hooked! My Lash Tech is Lexi - who is sweet as can be with the wisdom of someone twice her age. I look forward to going to each appointment to not only to look human again with a fill, but to continue our ongoing conversations about everything, (even though she is not a TS fan :)). I am always completely satisfied, and if for some reason I am in need of a touch up, they always find a way to accommodate. I regularly receive compliments on my lashes because they do NOT look like extensions. I have always believed that "people make the difference", and that is certainly true with Lexi and Amanda, the owner. I came in for an oxygen facial with Brianna and I was very pleased. She took the time to understand my concerns and made sure to address them appropriately. She was not rushed at all and made me feel completely at ease. She made sure that I was comfortable the whole time as well as aware of what she was doing. The spa has a very relaxed atmosphere. I have been here multiple times for the oxygen bar and paraffin wax treatments and highly recommend them to anyone for a pick me up. Your hands will thank you! Since starting at Loughner Massage and Lash Boutique 4 months ago I have been so impressed by Meghan and the friendly staff. Meghan takes care in listening to my concerns about my body and working with my words and her own intuition on how to leave the facility feeling relaxed and regenerated. I find the massage effects last for weeks at a time. As a person who listens for a living, having this time for myself is one of the greatest gifts. Gabriel is excellent she does lash lift for me she always does an excellent job. I went to another large company in the Pittsburgh area thinking because they have so many locations thinking they would do the best job. I was so wrong., I had the lash lift done . I did exactly what the tech told me to do the lash lift lasted maybe a week. I explained my hair is very hard to curl and she would need to leave the solution on longer. She rushed through the process. But at Loughner Lash I explained everything to Gabby she listened and my lashes turned out beautifully and they lasted a t least 8 weeks if not a little bit longer. Nobody ever answers the phone. I've tried to get a massage there twice before finally purchasing a groupon for $35 for 1 hour massage. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone much less call you back after leaving a voicemail. Finally called 8 times in one day and got a call back. Hallelujah ! There was only a week left until the grouping expired . I was getting scheduled for the next day, then suddenly as soon as I mentioned the groupon suddenly they were all booked for the entire week. Please don't go here or buy a groupon for a massage they will never get to use. Very rude receptionist that makes u feel like your a burden for calling. read more

I've always gotten excellent services at Loughner Massage and Lash, no matter what service I've received. I have truly tried just about everything. But , I just cant say enough about their massage services. I am a lifelong migraine sufferer and decided to try massage as a treatment option. My headaches went away. I started having more and more " no headache" days! Then, life got in the way and I got behind on my appointments.... And BOOM.... Migraine. Gabby is amazing! She's so caring and knowledgeable of lashing! I was having an allergic reaction to the black glue and she suggested clear since it doesn't have the pigment which is what most are allergic to. I went in for a spot test and she even put me in before the holiday to make sure they are done!! I've had no reactions to the clear glue and can't wait for my full set! This place is amazing! The massage was very much needed. I didn't realize how tight my body was until the session was over. Oh boy was it tense but afterwards I felt so much relief. Meghan R. is wonderful! I came in with neck muscle spasms and shoulder issues and her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. I was very impressed by my recent experience at Loughner Massage. I called that morning and was able to schedule a 60 minute massage with Meghan for that afternoon. Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The facility is clean, organized, and comfortable. I have gone to this place for massage therapy for many years. Amanda and Shelly are wonderful - kind, thoughtful, thorough and good at what they do. Thanks to Shelly, I went from going to the chiropractor every 2 weeks to now where I only need to get adjusted once a year or so. She's done a great job convincing my muscles to release and stop pulling my spine and neck out of alignment. They have affordable prices and lots of services beyond massage therapy. read more

I was recieved at reception desk very kindly. I waited just a few minutes before Joy my therapist came to welcome me and bring me back. I was asked a few questions of what was the problem areas. I then proceeded to the next step of the massage itself. Joy has the touch of hitting the the most tight muscles and sore spots. Joy applied the right touch not too hard or not too light. From walking in the front door into the reception area to their serenity room and the room I had my massage in it was a serene experience. The staff is so kind and accommodating and scheduled me on the day I needed for my massage. They have other services I was also able to add on and use the serenity room. I took a Yogafit training here with Master Trainer and studio owner, Mary Comfort. The studio space is lovely with ceiling fans and hardwood floors. There are bolsters, blocks and mats to enhance the practice. Great music and DoTerra essential oils to clear the air complete the experience. I came from 250 miles away to attend the training and it was well worth the trip! read more
