Important sales persons came into the salon to sale products , so she was running back and forth between my Mom and them , as she removed my Mothers perm rollers her hair broke off . I made the mistake of bringing Mom there, I put my full trust in this woman . Mom wanted her money refunded and she wouldn't give it back , I paid in advance as a present to her. Never will we go there again.
