I have found ALL the staff to be helpful and friendly and have had my hair cut by two different stylists and was pleased both times. Also,you get a short head massage when having hair washed, which i always like as a little extra I would recommend.

my mum always goes here for her hair cuts…read more the gentleman that owns and runs the shop is a very nice person very friendly and helpful too. he has a great price list and is always happy to cut your hair even at short notice (like sticking your head in the door and asking'' can you cut my hair in 5 mins? ive just gotta nip to the bank and i have a party to go to later :D) he has a lady come into the hairdressers several times a week to do the childrens and teenagers hair cuts and he tends to deal with the older clients or perms and such things. a great place to go if in need of a hair cut!

I see Emma-Kaye every 6 or so weeks for a cut or cut and highlights, and I've always been chuffed to bits with the results. The prices aren't cheap, but they are absolutely worth every penny! You know a good hairdressers when you walk out swishing your hair like a Pantene ad... There is a complimentary bar, web access at all the stations, and they've recently added a beauty room to the salon and although so far I've only had a full leg and bikini wax she (another Emma!) seems fab. It was my first ever wax and she had me totally at ease, and it wasn't 10% as painful as I expected. Couldn't recommend this place enough, definitely prefer going here to Spa 1877 - which is generally considered the 'poshest' salon in Sheffield - the atmosphere is so much more positive and friendly, the decor is even nicer, and Emma and her colleagues are all highly skilled. The salon is very cramped tho as is very narrow, the waiting area is practically non-existent, and the area where you recieve your treatment is very close together, so not for those who like lots of space.

My sister called them and she fitted me in after my sister for a cut and blow dry. All the staff were very friendly and easy going and my hair looked great after Gemma had cut it, We decided that she would re style it and she put some lairs in and straightened it for me. I was very happy with the outcome and would recommend this hairdresser to anyone. The cost of this was £19-50 which I thought was a very good price for what she had done.
