Very basic. If you like basic nails, then this is for you. Ombré sets looks like a first year nail tech did them. I won't come back unless these nails break from water damage. They did not lay the tips on correctly so I'm sure they won't last. I will have to get them redone at a different location. Terrible don't even waist your time to make an appointment, you still have to wait over 30 mins. It's crazy how they want you to be on time and will cancel your appointment after 20 mins, but they will start working on you 50 mins of your time. read more

First time visiting last week. I went in for a pedicure and SNS dip for my nails. The customer service is definitely lacking. The nail tech started my nails, then midway sent me for my pedicure, which was ok. The person doing my pedicure didn't ask what kind of service I wanted. I could've easily been up sold. She did a pretty good job. The nail tech did a terrible job. They are too thick and have lumps all in them. read more

Absolutely loved my experience here. We moved to Gonzales almost a year ago and I've been driving into Baton Rouge any time I wanted to get my nails done. I saw the reviews for this place and thought I'd give it a try and it was great! I didn't catch the name of the guy who did my nails, but he did a fantastic job. Everything was clean and they had TONS of choices for colors for all services - polish, gel, and dip powder. I got the dip and he shaped my nails perfectly and I absolutely love the color. Great experience! I was in town visiting family and desperately needed to get my nails done before returning home. I looked this place up and stopped by and I couldn't have been happier! They're in a really nice location, really easy to get to. They have a spacious place with plenty of chairs. LOTS of color options as well as dip powder which is always hard to find! The guy who did my nails did a fantastic job!! The chairs are comfortable, not your typical rolling computer chairs (lol!) and they have this fancy machine that shakes up the polish before they apply it which is fun to watch but also great because you know you're getting an even coat! It was $30 for a gel removal and gel manicure which is pretty cheap in my opinion, especially for the great service! I definitely would recommend!! read more

Came in to get a refill on my Shellac acyrlic nails and they had an amazing selection of colors including cat-eye and chrome! I went with the pink chrome and they turned out excellent. I also decided to get an eyebrow wax and a pedicure. The woman manicurist did a fantastic job on my eyebrows and there was no redness afterwards. The pedicure was detailed and my feet are softer than a baby's bottom. Will come back when I'm back in Gonzales. Located to the left of Pot and Paddle and that jerky store. read more

WHO DOES THAT? I am in search of a new, local nail salon. This location did a great work on my deluxe pedicure and manicure with shellac polish. However, the nail tech (her jacket said Trina) stopped 3 times during my appointment. She first stopped to paint a 8 year old's toe nails, second to wax another customer's eyebrows and thirdly to take payments from other customers. I was the first customer to arrive at 9:30 am and left 2 hours later at 11:30am. 2 hours for a mani/pedi is a very long time. I asked the nail tech at the check out if she would give me a discount for my $75 services and she asked me was I kidding. I advised her that I was not and reminded her of the 3 times she stopped during my appointment, how I was the first person in the before anyone else arrived and that I was the 5th person to leave even after 2 other customers received the same services that I did. She told me that no discount would be given. Who does that? Takes 2 hours to complete a service and then when a customer asks for a discount they seem offended. Unfortunately, I will still be on the hunt for a new nail salon. read more

Worst nail experience of my life so far! My toes came out horribly, but I decided to continue with the manicure due to the positive Yelp reviews. I stopped midway through my manicure, paid out, and left before they could ruin my day further. Huge language barrier and didn't do a single thing that I asked and SLOW!! Came to get a pedicure and manicure and they had a good selection of colors. The manicurist was great she left no air bubbles on the shellac and did even coats, she did good on my pedicure as well. They are fast and very friendly, the prices are reasonable. read more

Definitely one of the best gel manicures that I've gotten and the hand/arm massage at the end was heavenly. They really didn't skimp. Long did my nails and really took his time to make sure they were perfect, I didn't feel rushed at all. I also really, really appreciate that they use plasma lights to set the gel instead of UV - that's a pretty big plus. Will be coming back for sure next time I'm in town. read more

I'm giving 1 star because the guy who was did my pedicure did an overall good job; however, I decided I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. That turned out to be the worst decision that I could have ever made!!! The lady who waxed my brows used a razor after waxing, (i do not use razors because they break out my skin), without even asking me if that was okay. She then went on to use am eyebrow pencil to color in my brows, which I also did not ask her to do. One was colores in a lot bigger than the other. I looked at it in a mirror and decided that I would just wipe it off outside because I needed to leave (I had already been there for a few hours). I leave, and later as I'm wiping off the brow liner, I notice that 1 of my brows looks horrible...it was a alot smaller than the other brow and piece off of the top of it was missing...i huess her coloring it in with the pencil was supposed to make it look better. I went home and had to use an archer to trim both of my brows down really small so that they could look better...I wouldn't waste my money here again. Worse part is when ai called them to let them know the mistake she made, they said the line on my brow is still there and she had to do that because my brow was already like that...how was it like that when they were full and even when i fist came to you, and small, uneven, and lopsided when i left!... read more
