I have gone for regular facials for years, and while I haven't yet stopped the aging process, my skin looks healthier for going to her- less clogged, brighter, more even tone, way fewer breakouts. But what keeps me coming back to E spa really isn't the services. It's Estina. Estina is kind, funny, and above all, non judgmental. So many times with other professionals in the beauty industry, I have been criticized or shamed in order to make a sale. "Your hair needs highlights." "Your nails are too short." "Your eyebrows are too light." "You need to wax your sideburns and your mustache". What? Never, ever has Estina done this. She likely won't even bring up a different service unless you ask. And when you do ask, she speaks to you in a non judgmental, kind, professional way because she knows her products and services and wants to help- not just sell.
