I also had some tile work done by one of the crew members. They have taken care of us every time! Floors look impeccable, furniture is always back where it needs to be and they clean up so well you'd never know they were here! I even had my washer leak and contacted Frank for repairs. We had gotten a quote on carpet and LVP from Molynaeux first and had gotten the second quote from Romanos a few days later. Same carpet as what we selected at Molynaeux and a better quality flooring than Molynaeux in a color that we loved. The owner came out all the way from Plum/Penn Hills area to Wexford to measure everything and had given us a few sample options based on what we had told the receptionist we were looking for. He didn't pressure us into going with one brand over another. He brought the same carpet option we wanted from the other place and a couple others that were going to be durable for a baby and dog living in the home. We looked at the samples while he walked around and took measurements. He had sketched a rough floor plan with dimensions of each room where as Molynaeux just used their phone to measure and enter dimensions. We had selected a nicer option or the LVP flooring than what we picked at the other place and we were told that it was actually a little nicer than some of the other options because it was thicker. He assured us with our size dining room that going with something a little nicer wasn't going to add more than a hundred or two onto our total bill. When we received our quote, they were about 1.5k less than Molynaeux. We weren't nickel and dimed for removal or padding that we were at the other place. We pulled the trigger and got scheduled out to do the carpet. Two of their workers came by at 5-6am on the start day and had almost all the original carpet pulled up and the new padding out down. I think they were down in less than a day and a half. For two older gentleman, they were quick and they were clean and professional. Better than the staff that we would have had at our home had we went with Molynaeux. I already plan to use these guys again when we decide to replace the tile in our kitchen and bathrooms with the same LVP we got in our dining room. I couldn't recommend a better company and I'm glad we went with a small owned business over a large chain with terribly unprofessional customer service.

The second they meticulously scraped all of the loose chips and vacuumed all of the dust and chips before applying the top coat. The floor looks great. The painting is gorgeous, and Jason helped us with picking a complimentary color for the trim on the exterior. This was a bit tricky because we were painting the house red with some white accents, but needed one other color to tie it together. Jason had the perfect eye for that. As far as the deck goes--this was a massive undertaking. The yard is uneven, and grading wasn't really a possibility, but floating a deck was. Even though this involved working with an intense tree root system and fixing a retaining wall, Jason solved all the problems. The result is fantastic, much more beautiful than we'd imagined. Jason designed the layout, the angles, the height--all of it. His craftsmanship is excellent. We are so pleased with the final result and so grateful we had Jason to take our home to the next level. Jason's prices are beyond fair and his work ethic is admirable. It was a great experience to work with him.

Since he was running out of time, he began to hurry thru the remaining few items taking shortcuts and not finishing them correctly. I did not notice until he was done. After I saw them I ignored those items and asked him if he could stop out and finish 1 small item he could not get to. He said he would and then sent me the bill. I paid the bill in full thnking he would honor his word and stop back to fix it. (it was actually something he caused when he was fixing something related to it.) After I contacted him he promised to come over several times and gave me dates and times he was going to stop but has failed to show every time. He doesnt contact me at all. He did say, only because I asked him, if he had charged me for that and he said 'no'. I told him I would pay him for the extra work to be fair to him. Still nothing!! In summary if you want A+ work on everything from beginning to end he might not be the guy for the job. If you are willing to overlook small mistakes and possibly unfinished work then he might be the guy you want. He also told me he would send a link to me so I could give him a review .
