Fortunately today there was a community yoga class (Swift Fit Events), plus a succulent class (East side succulents). This allowed us the opportunity to explore and enjoy the property. The store is in a strip mall and within walking distance of other Asian businesses, businesses similar to the ones you'd find in Downtown Seattle and Tukwila/Southcenter. This 99 Ranch location is newer and cleaner than the one in Kent, WA. Staff were friendlier most likely because it was midday and during the week. I'm sure if it was after work or the weekend the store would have been crowded just like the HMart off Lakeline Blvd. Merch was reasonably priced. Sales tax in TX is less than WA. They also had a separate store around the corner for alcohol. With the high cost of living on the West Coast I'm sure people will continue to move to Texas. They'll find communities or create communities similar to what they've experienced prior to moving to the Lone Star State.
