The bathroom was to be fully cleaned and counters in the main office wiped down. The first two times everything was done as required. Then, I'm not sure what changed but the cleaners were only doing part of what was asked of them and what they did was (excuse my french) half a$$ done. I mentioned this to the owner Antwan. He apologized and accepted half payment for the half job that was done. I reluctantly used his service again thinking that maybe that was just a one time mistake and things would be better the next time. Sadly that was not the case. The very next week we had basically the same issue. The one room that was asked (and I specified that I needed that room done) was untouched and the bathroom smelled like urine the next day after the cleaners were there and supposedly cleaned. This is unfortunate, and sadly I now have to find another cleaning service. I hate to leave a bad review because I too am a business owner and I understand how important reviews are for your business but I also know how important customer service is. Antwan was accommodating and apologized for the unsatisfactory service but maybe he should consider finding a better and more reliable cleaning crew that can provide a service that matches the name of his company. We later confirmed the services that Saturday Evening and Stuart set us up for a Tuesday appointment. Stuart gave us a 9-9:30am window for Tuesday. Stuart and another Ohana Employee arrived within that time. We he had the following services completed: House softwash Low pressure direct application of cleaning solution to gently remove insect debris and organic stains from exterior of home, ( Gutter exteriors, soffits, eves, and siding). - Ohana was very thorough in getting to hard to reach areas and the attention to detail of cleaning was impressive! Driveway, walkway Surface clean concrter driveway and walkway to remove organic stains. - Ohana included the street curb to both property lines. Window cleaning Mop & squeegee exterior windows. Hand wash window screens. - They took apart all of the screens of the house and ensured they were cleaned and glass windows squeegeed! All the work was completed by 12:00pm! If we were to have rented a pressure washer, it probably would have taken us at least a couple of days! They did an excellent, thorough job. I had tried to remove it myself and was able to remove the front windows, but encountered a lot of issues with the back glass and needed professional help. When calling to schedule with AWT, I explained what I needed and the condition of my car. I was told $250 and it wouldn't be a problem. I explicitly said that it was bad and came off in strips and that it would be some work. When I dropped my car off, the person working on my car came back out from the shop after looking at it and threw what I can only describe as a fit just short of tears. He flopped on his chair like my 6 year old on a bad day and exclaimed that the window 'needs to be bladed'. I told him and the receptionist that I clearly described the condition of my car and that it wouldn't be a problem, so I can take it elsewhere if needed. They both said no it wouldn't be an issue. However cost is now $275 +2.5% for credit card use. Lastly, I was told I could pick up my car the following day and they open at 8am. I had some commitments the next morning and AWT is scheduled to close at noon the next day. I called at 11 to see if it was still ok to get the car. The person who answered told me quote 'I am trying to get out of here and honestly I was about to close now.' I asked for 30 minutes to come get my car and then showed up in 20. When I got there, I was told I was 'lucky' that he stayed and that his wife was calling him about coming home. The quality of the tint is ok. Anyone can do this and there are tons of tint shops here in Jax. Skip this one unless you want to be frustrated with some extremely poor customer service. They didn't seem to be interested in working hard for me or accommodating me within business hours. Update: The owner reached out unprompted and initially offered a full refund in exchange for this review being removed. He asked that I meet up with him in person for cash, when I declined he pulled back his offer stating that I was rude to his staff and 'to do what I needed to do'.
