Very helpful, personable, knowledgeable, had tips for me to help get the results I want. Made me feel very comfortable discussing unwanted body hair. November 11- first treatment, staff accommodating and friendly, professional and cleanly environment, spa-like atmosphere, easy check in and pay. First treatment with Chantel, very thorough and knowledgable, years of experience. Lots of communication during procedure, asked if I was okay and told me what she was doing throughout. What to expect: "Does it hurt?" Not that much! A cool gel is placed and then a warm sensation is felt. I imagined the laser penetrating deep into the skin and killing all of the bacteria during the 'warmer' parts (which it kinda does?) I had three areas done, so on the scale from least to most sensitive: Underarms were a breeze, lower legs very tolerable, and full Brazilian was not nearly as bad as I thought. Yes, there are a few zaps that hurt in that area, but WAXING HURTS so much more! (So if you can tolerate waxing in an area, I would imagine you could more than tolerate laser in that area.) Day after: Zero pain or side effects! Follow up in seven weeks, will update! (Just found the update feature, will use next time!)

He assured me I'd be able to continue seeing him for treatments. That didn't happen. He decided he was no longer seeing patients after he assured me otherwise. The office convinced me to use Aubrey the NP. I reluctantly agreed. When I got there I was sent to a room at which point a lady came in a clip board. I asked who she was and she told me she was a consultant. After 30 minutes of pulling and prodding my face, she showed me a paper saying she recommended $3000 worth of filler. Mind you, I came in for a little tweak, as a follow up to my appt with the doctor. At this point finally Aubrey, walked in. Now the so called "consultant" was telling the provider what she should do to me. I felt very uncomfortable and politely asked to reschedule as now it's 6:30 pm, way past my initial appt time. To add insult to injury, when I called the office the next day. They told me they are releasing me as a client. Didn't give me a legitimate reason. I'm beyond disgusted. PS, I found out that the money hungry consultant was the doctors wife. I understand she needs to fund her Bentley parked outside, but this is no way to do business. This is a conflict of interest. What in the world are her qualifications? Consultant?

I was also given a heated neck wrap which was really nice because I am always cold. Anastasia was masseuse and she did excellent with meeting my needs for pressure/tension areas. My first bad review. Ever…read more Similar to another review, my GPS\Apple maps kept directing me to a furniture store. There is no signage for the spa from the main road. I called 15 min ahead of my arrival. The therapist was quick to respond and proceeded (with attitude) to give me directions. Because of work being done on the building in front of the spa there where multiple areas of the road blocked off. She proceeded to call me back and YELL at me telling me that I didn't listen to her. She was so rude that if I wouldn't have lost my money due to the cancelation policy I would have immediately looked elsewhere. The massage itself was good but I will not return to this place the next time I'm on vacation. Very unprofessional!
