They were very flexible and were able to meet me at a time that was convenient. He was on time and very professional. Prior to the tree planting, they call to have the utility lines marked so that there are no issues. On the day of install, they were quick and left no trace that they were there other than the new tree. They fertilized and mulched the new tree. Fast-forward a week, and I had no official bid. I tried calling twice with no luck. The third call, I finally got through to someone. They seemed surprised I hadn't received the bid, apologized, took down my e-mail for the second time, and said they would send it out. Hours later, I've gotten nothing. If this is their way of doing business, they don't deserve to be in business. Regardless of whether I represent a large or small job, I should be treated with the same courtesy as anyone else.

This fence was for a business and once the funding was settled the job was started. The fence is a cedar 6' privacy with a 5' gate and steel posts for the windy location. The posts were set one day and the pickets were installed a few days later due to rain and rescheduling. Communication was not a problem and the whole job went pretty smooth. The crew left fence gaps open that would have allowed my cattle to get out to the public road, they cut trees that were several yards off the right of way, left trees they cut in my fields, drove their machines over fields and trees when there was no need to. When I contacted the company about the damages I was told they were not interested in talking about it. 9 months later I still have brush laying in my fields and they have not finished clearing the right of way.

Although the sign on their building and their Facebook page have the BBB logo, a call to the BBB office proved that they are not in fact, accredited by that organization. The Garrisons have stolen over $1000 from me through dishonest business practices.
