Paint drips, MISSED painted areas and paint on my floors and carpet! (Black granite, salmon tile, and beige carpet ALL have lots of paint everywhere. There is even paint on my black leather sofa. WHITE paint.) This guy even sanded a sizable area and NEVER EVEN PAINTED IT DURING HIS CORRECTIONS. HE LEFT IT COMPLETELY UNFINISHED. (Which isn't surprising I guess because that was part of the initial problem. He would start and stop in areas and not complete it. (Seems like an attention/focus issue.) I have provided him with videos and photos with an opportunity to come back to make his own videos/take photos as of November 16, 2021. However, he feels wronged and can't figure out my motive because I gave an honest review of his work. My goal is to have QUALITY WORK DONE IN MY HOME FOR THE PRICE. Initially, he appeared to be a standup, professional and skilled guy. But in the end I certainly DID NOT get what I paid for in the way of $2500.00. He also trashed his previous clients to me. While I was sympathetic at the time. I now realize that it probably was NOT his previous clients. It may have been him. I do not recommend this guy AT ALL currently.

He provided an estimate for replacing them and then found out the cost was prohibitive. He came up with a better less expensive solution to prime and paint them. They now look like new! We also contracted him to power wash the vinyl siding and seal it. Our 12 year old manufactured home looks like new! He was prompt, followed through, and kept us informed each step of the process.
