Bottom line on Brian and his business this is how he services a Military member and how he speaks to his Mother. Read this story below before you do business with this man and consider how you may be treated! You may be the one customer of many treated like we were! This company should get a Zero if that rating is possible. Customer beware. We were referred by a local reputable body shop for Paint Protection Flim. Their reviews looked good on google so we decided to get them to remove and replace the old PPF Film. We picked up our vehicle and noticed some air bubbles and edges not laying down. The owner Brian said no problem bring it back to us on a few weeks and we will take care of it. We always have e to fix a few things he said. We returned the vehicle in a few weeks with issues of edges lifting and trash under the film. They said the fixed the issues however they cut the film with a razor blade rather than replacing the film. The vehicle was dirty when we picked it up and could not identify the issues still with poor workmanship. I called to express our dissatisfaction with this and the owner called me very defensive and said we must have pressure washed the film etc. He was trying to say his poor workmanship was something we did. He was very angry and not professional in trying to resolve our issues. He yelled and called my wife the Cu#t word. Who owns and operates a business that can get to this point with a customer. I would run from this business!! I wish I would have heard a review like this on this company. Don't believe the fake or manufactured reviews that they do good work. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. Definitely not what they say there quality is. They charge premium prices and it's just a dirt lot business using a razor blade to cut PPF FILM. Be aware!! Update 6/3/24: Now one of the air vents has to be repainted most likely due to a razor blade cut in the paint that was found out by a quality certified XPEL installer AUTO SPA in Hilton Head. See these pictures. Can't excuse this crap away!! Brian, you're sad and a liar. My wife and I were trying to help our Marine son who's in intensive demanding training. HOW DO YOU EXCUSE AWAY THE TRASH UNDER THE FILM?? Have not heard an excuse for that one! Because you can't! These problem areas were there when we picked it up. Bottom line is pictures are worth a thousand words!!! Look at his shop and look at Auto Spa in Hilton Head you will see why customers go to a shop with a clean environment and proper computer plotter cutting, training and equipment!! Maybe you should stick to detailing cars??? Seems like you may be good at that?? Run don't Hide from this business!!

I got my Mustang Ceramic coated (2 step) with Paint Protection film on the nose, hood and fenders…read more I asked them to remove the old wrap on the top and replace it with Matte carbon fiber vinyl and it looks AMAZING. They did a wonderful job, they were reasonably priced, informative and I'm happy with a product that is going to help extend the life of my paint 10 fold. 15/10 plan on continuing to work with them for all my paint needs in the future!
