Very poor customer service. My partner picked up a top clearly marked 29.95. When at the counter…read morescanned at 59.95. The manager refused to honor it stating she pay the full price or she would remove it from stock. She then accused other customers of removing tags and placing on othe garments. While waiting for resolution another customer had multiple items with the same issue and was told the same thing. The staff refused to help even giggling and make comments under their breath think we could not hear them. Customer support is no existant so staff feel they can get away with this behaviour. Will follow up with ACCC and chase down someone in ZARA Australia.

The stores stocks dresses for all occasions - the races, a wedding, lunch, work or a night out. The buyer for this store is obviously very, very clever. The girls who work in the store are incredibly helpful and friendly - I told them of the occasion I needed the dress for, and they came back to me with a range of options; so nice! The prices are reasonable - less than $60 for a day dress, and most of the stock comes in at less than $100. I suggest that instead of wearing the same Glassons/Sportsgirl number everyone else is, go to Saffron Road and fall in love with something original.

Those few extra pounds didn't matter at all, she was more worried about getting the style right. My niece had never been there before, I hadn't becuase I am quite a bit smaller than my niece (everybody seems bigger than me at 152 cms). However, my niece will go back because of the rapport with the woman. My niece is quite shy because of her size, she's the largest female in the family. While strolling around, noticed that there is a cinema on site which had a few arcade games (time crisis, racing games), a store where they carries snacks & beverages as well as a small "cafe". I also noticed a food court and where it had a range of takeaways/dining options ranging from western food to asian fast foods. Tried sushiya and it was delicious. There are quite a range of departmental stores here. Decided to make a visit to Target to get "Bobble" water bottle and realized that this target is much bigger in size and range to what the Parramatta one has to offer. Service was friendly too. Walked up and down the whole three levels to see what other things the stores carry and there are quite a few gifts stores around and some other electronics related stores. There are two kinds of escalators here - one of which pushcarts could be used or the normal escalator. Service was also considerably well at the stores I visited. You could find a range of vending machines or slot-in coins for toys machines here. There are also a few cafes where you could sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Do make a visit if you are around.
