We had purchased the fixture from Sun and two others of the same model over a decade ago. As I discovered in the course of an unsuccessful round of phone calls to suppliers, the glass bowl for that model was no longer available - no sympathy there! I decided to run by Sun to ask if they had any suggestions. They listened to my tale of woe patiently, sympathetically. Then the owner led me to his backroom office, which was lighted by the same model as ours. He climbed up, removed the glass bowl, and handed it to me - no charge! What a great local store - wonderful range of quality lighting fixtures, wonderful personal service! Tucson at its best.
