Definitely better than the worst I have dealt with in the development world, but also no where near 5 stars either. My sense is that time isn't managed well over at Blackstone. If your a really big fish, and you've got a big budget that you are looking to spend, you'll likely get great service and attention for a while, until a bigger fish is swimming by, then you may get tossed to the back burner. At least that's been my experience as well as the experience of other business owners I know that trusted them with important projects. That being said, Grif Blackstone has some talented people there. I do wish them the best of luck and hope they get their act together and I can come back and rate at 5 stars in the future!
