I advised Greg that I had a physical disability and could not obtain better photos his response "Let's not go down this road". He denied my claim and gave me nothing but a lot of unpleasant comments I wasted my money , time and lost my faith in insurance companies.

I went to the Valparaiso office to pay my premium for the year only to find out that they did not accept payments there so I had to mail it which was no big deal. What happened to Anderson?? I have been a customer for over 40 years and have never put in a claim. If they were getting out of the insurance business, it seems that they could have at least let me know. I have since gotten our insurance switched to another carrier for more than half of what Farmers offered. They also had our house on a concrete slab and we have a full finished basement. I am so angry that we have spent thousands unnecessary thinking that is just the way it is. My advice, don't take for granted that your agent has your best interest in mind!
