I filed2 renters insurance claims not through farmers. . They decided to combine my claims in 2020 and my mom's claim for the roof and since that's 3 claims they canceled the house insurance. They left me in a horrible situation. And I was still grieving. But the kicker is, I talked to them in December and they told me everything was fine. Since 5 owners to the house after mom died, I did not know the status of the home insurance. They lied to me and they canceled me. I felt like my life was overwhelming and I just cried. Couldn't eat, sleep, or work. I'm 65 yes old. And what they did to our family is simply immoral and unethical. I guess Oklahoma hates its elderly folks. I felt punished for using the insurance. Ponzi scheme?
