We were sent a second of our child that isn't even usable because neither Santa nor my child are looking at the camera. When we inquired whether the $55 was actually for one photo or if more were to come soon, we were met with an attitude from the photographer's wife and were told "The order form only says digital file, not files". I do NOT recommend this photographer AT ALL for any event. The picture quality is average, especially considering the abilities of the new iPhone cameras. Save yourself the time, hassle, money, and frustration of having to deal with rude customer service. It simply is not worth it. Side note: other parents received 3 or more good photos of their children, while we only received the one. They're from Chatsworth, so if you don't know them personally, don't expect to be treated fairly.
