Many times I alerted them to this fact, but they were in complete denial, and simply referred me to their consistently incompetent support staff. My recommendation would be to hire and/or train a more competent support staff and shift the leader's attention from their emphasis on sales/marketing back to good old customer service to take care of their existing customers on a more punctual basis. Had they responded more positively to my feedback, I would still be doing business with this agency.

CRS is TERRIBLE, stay FAR away from them. I changed my company name and Sara Moore (Agency CA Lic…read more0D40572) told me that I needed to pay the full premium before I could make a name change. I expressed concern with that, because if they were going to have to re-write the policy, I was worried I'd get screwed out of my premium (~$3500). She assured me that since ownership was staying the same, they would not have to re-write the policy, so I paid the premium. It then took CRS TWO MONTHS to tell me that the policy would have to be re-written! Jump through all the hoops for that and the company decides not to write the policy! CRS gets me placed with a different company and then cancels the first policy (that they dragged their feet on for two months) and now I'm out almost $600 (still waiting for the $2900 refund)!! And of course there's ZERO accountability from CRS, they're just blaming the underwriter. I can't even get a phone call back from a supervisor and when you call there nobody ever answers the phone. These people need to be shut down!
