My sales guy picked up my car, had it serviced and brought it back to me! All I had to do was call the cashier and give her my CC number.

I bought a car and they promised me a key with fob that worked, but it wasn't specified in my…read morecontract that I needed it.. I went in there today after calling the finance manager, multiple times without a call back; and they can't help me. A working key with fob is $150 & $120 to program! My fault for trusting a verbal agreement and definitely kicking myself for that!

I purchased a mercedes through Carsmart Farmington (,vehicle wasn't in their inventory). I did…read moreeverything online, via text, and a few phone calls. I explained to them my schedule was very tight beings I worked two jobs, basically needed it to be sign and drive. I drove all the way to Jackson to pick up the suv only for them to have moved it to Farmington without telling me. They stated they did but I still have texts from that conversation and it's not there. I drove back to Farmington and had to complete the test drive and vehicle inspection after dark. I decided to purchase the vehicle I was told that I could not refinance it for 3 months or I would have early pay off fees, however when I called their credit union this was not true. I received a text later saying my title and extra keys were there. I.stopped by to get them and they stated there was no extra key, but they would have a key guy make one at my cost. I declined, Beings the car was already in the shop getting maintenance because it was over 3 years past due for its scheduled maintenance. When I told them this the salesperson argued that the oil had been changed, but with mercedes that isn't the only maintenance they require for longevity of the car. ,(this is more important to know about a car you are selling then how many ways to open the back hatch.) The car seems to be of quality. However the customer service and communication leave a lot to be desired .

Initially I left this dealership a 5-star review. Unfortunately, my experience after purchasing my…read morevehicle completely changed that. Shortly after trading in my vehicle and purchasing a truck from them, I noticed something odd. The sales manager, Jose, listed the bed cover from my trade-in for sale on his personal Facebook page. That struck me as strange, but I didn't think much of it at the time. I wasn't able to take the truck home immediately because they said they needed a few days to repair a coolant control valve. When the truck was finally delivered to me, I discovered damage that wasn't disclosed beforehand: a deep scratch on the driver's side door and another deep scratch on the rear passenger-side door handle. I notified the salesperson immediately. He assured me the dealership would take care of it, so I had the repairs done at the body shop of my choice. After the repairs were completed, I sent him the invoice and proof of the work. He again confirmed they would cover the cost--but after that, they completely stopped responding. Shortly afterward, the coolant control valve began leaking. I took the truck to a diesel repair shop and discovered that the issue had never actually been repaired. The truck was also running rough. Before I purchased the vehicle, the salesperson told me the truck had received a full tune-up along with new injectors and a new injection pump. According to the repair shop, that was not true either. To make matters worse, after I had owned the vehicle for more than 60 days, the finance company contacted me and said they might have to recall the loan because they had never received the title. I immediately contacted the dealership. They told me the title had been sent to a title company and then to the state. However, when I called the Secretary of State, they had no record of the title ever being submitted. The local title company the dealership claims to use also confirmed they never received it. I then requested to speak with a manager and spoke with Sean, who said he was the acting manager because the previous manager had been fired. I explained everything that had happened, and he assured me he would speak with the owner and that the issues would be resolved. Eventually I spoke directly with the owner. He apologized and told me he would issue a full refund for the repairs. I provided receipts and proof of payment. He said his controller would issue a check and that he would either meet with me personally or mail it to me. He said it would take about a week, which I understood. Later he called me back and said they would not be issuing a check because he believed the receipts were fake. That accusation was completely false. I told him he was welcome to contact the repair shops directly to verify the work. He said he would "do some research" and call me back in a few days. In the meantime, the dealership suddenly rushed to expedite the title to the state. When he finally called me back, he said they would not be paying for the repairs. At that point, I told him I would let my attorney handle it. The truck ended up being nothing but problems. I paid $33,500 for the vehicle before taxes and fees and eventually sold it for $26,500 just to get out from under it. My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing and stressful. Based on everything that happened, I would strongly recommend others be very cautious before doing business here. Don't walk--run away from this place.
