I asked the owner/manager--the person I paid--to return and clean up the excessive cement pieces left scattered throughout the yard, as well as to remove their company sign. They never came back. One of the slabs was poorly finished, with significant overpour and uncleaned edges (see attached images). I repeatedly requested that they correct the work, but was told this is "common." In addition to the subpar finish, they left multiple water bottles tossed around the yard, further evidence of a lack of professionalism. Photos show the poorly done slab and the cement debris I had to collect myself. You can decide if this is the type of service you want to pay for. As it stands, I will likely need to request reimbursement to have the slab properly corrected

We had so many issues with the county that the project start date was delayed by more than 30 days. Once we got things started, Volusia County struck again and delayed our project more than 60 days requiring a Floor Variance, just before the holidays. They took their time processing everything. The entire time, Tim was patient and understanding. He kept in touch with us and did not waste time when we were able to move forward. He was a wealth of knowledge and guidance for us. His experience with materials, preparation, and construction documentation was valued through the entire process. Tim was very resourceful and when the county made things difficult, he had answers and local resources that cut time and kept things moving. If you are looking to get concrete work done, talk to Tim before you decide on a contractor, you will not regret it. We are VERY HAPPY with the results. They were all quite costly for what I wanted in my opinion. My friend told me about this company and how they were the most affordable screen place she found when she was getting her patio screened in. The process was pretty easy and the office manager Michelle was awesome! She was so easy to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. She was even very accommodating in having the technician text me when they were on their way. They completed the job within 2 hours, which I thought was pretty fast. And it looks absolutely amazing! I'm so obsessed with just the quality of craftsmanship. I also opted for the smaller screen holes so that nothing can get in. If you are allergic to mosquitos like me, I would highly recommend requesting the smaller hole screen. It's a slight up charge but so worth. And their prices are incredibly affordable! Other companies I reached out to were charging at least several hundred dollars more than what this company quoted me. I definitely recommend using All My Sons Aluminum if you need screeners.
