The most unprofessional company. Do not use. This company missed their at home appointment with me. 45 mins after the end of the appointment time I texted saying how disappointed I was they failed to show or let me know they wouldn't make it. An hour or so after that text message I get a call from someone at this business, I told them they were unprofessional and the man started getting up set with me for their failure. I told them I'm not doing business with them. Now they are sending me threatening text messages and threatening to come to my house. I have contacted the local police department. BE AWARE - if this is how they act when they loose business think of how terrible a job they will do inside your home. DO NOT CALL! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. Stone World installed Cambria for us a few years ago with a few issues, including customer service and damages that I won't go into here, but we would never use them again. Our new stove was delivered a few days ago and it would not fit. The problem is the stove is between two cabinets. The Cambria was cut closer to the cabinet on the left and has much more hangover on the right preventing the new stove from being installed. Old stove was a tight fit, but 1/4 inch more on the hangover makes a huge difference and that is what Stone World did. We now have to find and hire a fabricator to come to our house and fix this mess. Getting Stone World back to your home for issues (we have have two) after installation has been a problem as other reviewers have commented on as well. It is extremely difficult to reach Dennis to return calls once he has your money. Proceed with this company with caution and use your credit card as protection In case you have a problem. read more

Just a quick update/review, I had Dennis from StoneWorld update my kitchen with new cabinets and countertops in April 2023. In October I noticed that five of the cabinet doors were cracked and peeling. I immediately texted Dennis and he did not respond. Called him the next day and he hung up on me and subsequently never returned any of my calls or texts. So buyer beware. He was great at first, but once he gets his money, he's gone. read more

Dennis is a wonderful guy to work with! From the first point of contact, he sent me a text message with a lot of information as to where to go to choose my countertops. Upon choosing the countertops that I was interested in, he immediately shot me back a text message with a quote. We arranged for him to come out and measure the cabinets and we hired him on the spot. Less than one week later, the countertops were installed and we are very happy with them! His staff that installed the countertops, were very pleasant, friendly, courteous and they wore masks the whole time. They also went an extra mile and moved our garbage can over to the neighbors so that the garbage could be picked up, since they blocked the driveway. That right there, if that's not five star service, I don't know what it is! We will be using him again for a couple of our bathrooms and I will be referring him to all of my friends and family looking for a fabricator. If you need granite, go see Dennis at Stone World. He didn't have the piece of granite we wanted at his shop, so he sent us to a couple large granite suppliers. We picked out the granite, they delivered it to his shop 2 days later and his cutters were working on it that week. In just over a week, we selected the granite, Dennis measured, his guys cut and polished and installed it perfectly. We had him do our guest bathroom two years ago and were so impressed that we went back to him again. Stone World is THE BEST! Am disappointed with the lack of after care service. Have tried to contact a few times by email and phone but not received any response. Had kitchen counter installed which was mostly great, except for some issues we noticed afterwards. Measurements weren't completely accurate, making us have to pay our contractor to fix the mistake. Some corners and cutouts of our counter are not perfectly smooth and ridges can be seen. One edge of our island is slightly rounded, not perfectly straight. The general 'finish' in some areas wasn't the exceptional quality I thought I would get (visible seams and poor caulking). Dennis has not responded to any of these issues, has ignored me completely. Shims have even been left under the counter inside cabinets which I don't know what to do with - I don't think shims are supposed to be just sticking out inside cabinets after countertop is installed. Cut out for my pop up outlet was also cut in the wrong place, so I had to buy a new outlet that would work. When they came they seemed to be in quite a big rush, I didn't feel like I was getting quality work or finish at all. Didn't notice the mistakes until after but didn't think getting hold of Dennis and him sorting the issues out would be a problem. About 4 months later and no response from him. I even gifted him some alcohol before they left as it had seemed like they had done a good efficient job! But it seems that this company are not really interested in aftercare or sorting out their errors. After paying so much money for Quartz you expect nothing less than a great finish and great quality of work. I didn't get this and have been ignored since. read more
