This was our first time to Bodhifit and my friend's first yoga class. Having practiced yoga for over 15 years and an amazing yoga instructor near my hometown, I was not sure about how Bodhifit's class and instructor would be... However, I was blown away by Jo's fun and outgoing personalities and her incredibly articulate and clear instructions. She made the head stand such an easy task. She was hands on and supportive.
