The store is organized do well. Products are looked at and not just thrown on racks. The store is clean and workers are very nice. I love coming to theft stores and consignments when visiting and this is definitely one of my goto spots! There's also a mini store in the back that's directed towards vintage LOVE IT! Volunteer event to remember Martin Luther King and what he stood for . Assisted a group of boy scouts pack 2500 snack packs for kids who who aren't as fortunate as others to a meal on the weekend. They scouts were a joy to volunteer with. read more

This is a clean, well kept, and organized thrift store. There are several sections, including furniture, pictures, clothing, and household items. The aisles are big and there is plenty of open space. It does not feel cluttered or dirty, like some thrift stores do. The items sold are generally in good condition. I did not find anything my first time here, but I will be adding it to my list of thrift stores to check out. There are clean bathrooms and changing rooms. read more

This is the worst place to shop. Prices are ridiculous. The people are rude. Management is rude. It isn't the same as it used to be. The place is bare and the people in the back rummage through everything first before it goes to the floor. read more

This store is huge and has everything. They have it organized really well and everything is clean! The prices are great and The employees there are especially friendly. They truly make you feel like they are glad to see you. My six-year-old wanted to get this vintage typewriter so badly. It ended up being $14!!!! I would absolutely revisit this place!!! read more

I'm unsure of the correct address for this store as it was in the moving process as of March 2017, out of the old mall in Rogers and moving "down the street". Hopefully someone can update the Yelp listing accordingly. I know this store under the name "Samaritan Shop" and have visited many times. They are what I think of as a classic thrift store with a mix of higher and lower quality items in all categories, well stocked and low priced. I enjoy that very much and always find something good. I have never had a bad customer service experience here or encountered anyone less than professional (including young staff members). So after a half dozen visits and good service, this leads me to believe that some of the other reviews here represent unfortunate yet isolated events. read more

I was ask to explain so hear it is Well lets see here I have been in the store twice. First of all the people were very rude. We had paid and were leaving and a woman that works there was raising cain because people would bring there carts to the front. She told another lady dont let anyone bring there cart like this she wanted them to turn the cart around so when people came in the store they would be like they were just pushed in from outside. As I walked by I said at least they bring them to the front. She was still mouthing and I made the statement as I went out the door rude woman. She heard me and said she wasnt and I said yes you are. Well then my granddaughter needed shoes so I thought I would go back. We found a pair and I found a couple of tops and a pair of razorback pj bottoms. When I got to registor to pay a young guy was checking people out. He was changing prices for some saying he thought things were to hi. I know he had given them discounts on clothes etc and they had a small typewritter. I had seen the collection in a glass case. It had been priced at 8.00 and he cut it in half. I thought to myself does he know these people so he is giving them better deals? The lady had also made a statement she didnt think he had charged her for a item at all. She had already paid. He said she could put money in the donation jar. There was a woman came up and he was telling her what he was doing and she said in this business we have to be flexable. Well I was shocked when he charged me 8.00 for the pair of shoes and I didnt notice till that evening that he had charged me twice for the pj bottoms. I didnt mind the 3.50 but I didnt want to pay 7.00. That was on a Saturday so on Monday morning I went in and told the lady. She said I will have to go talk to the supervisor. She came back and said we dont have anyway to know if you only got one. She made me feel like I was not telling the truth. She said if you really want your money back we can take it out of the collection jar. There were alot of people standing there listening. I will never go back! Go to the Salvation Army store that is close or just down the road to Good Will or even to helping hands but Dont go to the Samaritan House!! Bad business and lousy people who work there! read more

Staff was very friendly and the store was well organized. Large selection of used books with great prices. I didn't have a lot of time to shop, but there seemed to be a good selection of clothing and accessories as well. I'll shop here again for sure! read more

Wonderful thrift shop...my favorite! Nice, kind people that are very helpful. And incredible finds at incredible prices. I find great items every time I stop in, but the very best part is that all the money goes to Samaritan Community Center in Rogers, where people are fed and the gospel is shared! Always find a bargin there, especially the first Tuesday of each month when clothes are 1/2 price for customer 50 + . Some items are slightly over priced but everything is for a good cause, and if I really want it, it will be cheaper then full retail. Never had a bad experiance with a employee. read more

I've been a customer at the Samaritan House Community Center Resale Store at the Dixieland Mall since they opened a couple of years ago. I visit the store at least twice a month, often once a week. I wanted to let everyone know what an awesome place this is. The employees are kind and Christ-like -- always gracious and positive! The best part is that the profits from this store go directly to paying for food for the needy!! And you can donate almost anything in good shape and get a tax break. But more about the goodies in the store.... Christian music is playing, and the store always looks and smells very pleasant. I have found the most amazing buys there! This past week I found a sofa that looks absolutely new -- that would cost me $1000 or more in a retail store. I paid $195!! There are books galore (for around a dollar), house decor (most priced under $5), and clothing (around $2 - $4) for every size and age. I always find great clothing for my grandson that looks brand new. So... this is my idea of a perfect shopping spot!! Keep up the great work!! read more
