My youngest is fully embracing the "terrible twos", but Ms. Fatima and Ms. Adriel handle him with grace and love every day. They truly have the patience of saints! Ms. Ava is new in the twos class, but she has already gone above and beyond to build a relationship with both of my boys and be a comfort for them when they are away from home. We were so nervous to leave Ms. Jessica in the 1 year old class because she was such a calming and nurturing presence for our wild guy, but she has helped tremendously in the transition and continues to check in and offer support. Finally, Ms. Emy up front is always there to help me with drop off and pick up. She also is always on top of helping me stay organized with upcoming events or when we have forgotten something. We couldn't have been happier with the experiences we've had at Primrose. Specifically the communication from the teachers and staff is amazing. We receive daily updates on what he eats, his lessons, his engagement, and updates on events happening through the week. In addition, one of the best features of the app that they use is receiving photos. I know I'm preaching to the parent choir here, but I can't explain how uplifting it can be to receive a photo of your child smiling and engaged in the middle of the day while you're at work. In addition, the level of care and attention provided by the teachers is so refreshing and inspiring. Specifically, they take the time to write personal notes and letters and Happy Grams to our son. This truly shows that they care about my son and are interested in his Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). The only disappointment that I have to write is that this will be our son's last year here - only because he is in the Kindergarten class and that's as far as he can go!
