The meat is then served at the table, carved off skewers. There is a wide range of meat that is continually brought to the table until you request that the stop. This ranges from plane lamb steak to chicken hearts. There is a wide selection of Brazilian influenced cocktails on offer, as well as mocktails and regular soft drinks. The atmosphere is pretty good, with live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. The price of the buffet varies during the week, from the cheap £10 on a Monday, to the still pretty reasonable £16 on Friday.

We both enjoyed a Bellini which the barman kindly lit up with candles (it was my birthday after all). My wife liked the idea of some guacamole so we shared that for starters. The waitress, Sophie, was very attentive, so when we moved onto the main course and my wife realised she didn't like burritos, Sophie didn't hesitate to change it for something else. In the end we both enjoyed the Bahia Moqueca, a light tasting Brazilian curry. The real treat that made me a fan however, wasn't the Latin music, fabulous decor or friendly staff but the Churros we had for dessert. I would return again for these alone. These doughnut like fingers taste amazing with the creamy De Leche dip or the dark chocolate. A dream come true. A Latin restaurant nearby that we'll both return to.

I am American, I am a huge foodie, and I eat steaks and food all around the world. I was able to say, "that was the best steak I have ever had in my life!" I had the 9oz Kangaroo fillet cooked medium rare. It was perfect. My whole table ordered Kangaroo, either the fillet, or the hamburger. Everyone was quite pleased. The Kangaroo fillet is lean protein, won't make your waist line bulge. It was so tender, I cut it with a butter knife. It needed nothing, just the steak itself, it was absolutely delicious. The service was good, although our service was novice, I suggest in the future before he steps out into the field memorize the menu before you start seeing customers, I got a lot of "I don't knows", but that is OK, it's a training issue, but the food was fantastic and that is all that mattered. I enjoyed a nice glass of port afterwards and my lot enjoyed the guest ales they had on top. I've also experimented with the pizzas, they are quite nice, but who needs a pizza when you can have a Kangaroo fillet?
