If you are looking for good deals on vintage/surplus/ C&R firearms this is one of the places to go to online. I ordered a 1944 Izhevsk Mosin Nagant 91/30 "Scopeless" Sniper with 2pins/2holes in Special Select Condition for $270 in March. I asked them to give me one with the best looking stock, since the ones they had left all had minor cracks in the stock. It took about 3 weeks for them to ship it to Direct Action Solutions in Solana Beach. The Mosin Nagant 91/30 sniper rifle is perhaps the most mass produced sniper rifle in history and had the most sniper kills. They can still be found throughout the globe, and was seen being used by Russian forces in 2004 in Chechnya. These rifles that Samco sells are the famous "Yugo" snipers that the Soviet Union supplied to the former Yugoslavia as war aide in WWII. The Yugoslav army and partizan forces never really used them, preferring to use their Mauser rifles, they removed the PU scope for other uses and put these rifles into long term storage which explains their great unrefurbished condition. They have gotten more attention from shooters and collectors due to their history and the 2001 movie Enemy at the Gates. The product was as described and better than what I asked for (for approaching bottom of the barrel) . The bolt # matched with the serial #. She had some cosmoline, upon closer inspection the minor "crack" in the description was in the cut out on the stock for the scope mount. The bore was in pristine condtion with sharp rifling and no grooves, even better was the "sniper trigger" which as lighter and more crisp in comparison to my regular infantry model. My only gripe is with one of the customer representatives, who is hard to understand due to her accent and with the long shipping times, but they will ship and you will get it! All in all, I am very satisfied with Samco Global, they will consider your requests when you order from them. If you want a real and authentic mosin nagant sniper, without having to pay premium eslewhere or an arm and leg for one, consider one of these and add an accumounts PU scope and mount. If you want one get one ASAP, since they have been fast approaching the bottom of the barrel. read more

Apparently Samco Global Arms files for bankruptcy on December 7, 2015 the day after I placed and order and they charged my credit card. They are not answering phone calls or emails, nor have they posted any information on their web site on this regard. I am calling my CC to revert this transaction. I placed an order in October, never received it. I emailed them with an inquiry and they said it will ship Friday. Still haven't received it. I have emailed them 6 times NO response and I called them as well, no answer. Fast forward to 1/14/2016- NO product, no answers to email and my money never got refunded. A-HOLES stole my money. I placed an order for some ammunition, it was at a really good price & I expected a delay because I knew that there was going to be a rush for it. I'm coming up to 2 weeks now since placing the order & still there's no sign of it or even confirmation of shipping. I keep phoning & (when I can get a reply) I'm told it's been sent down to shipping to be packed & sent. My suspicion is they don't have it after all. I ordered a rifle from SAMCO and their customer service is terrible. It took over a month for me to get my firearm shipped and it was mailed to the wrong location! These guys are far from professional. One of their employees also hung up on me while I was trying to figure out where they shipped my gun... I don't know the quality of their products because I have not seen my gun yet but everything else about them ensured that i will never consider them for business in the future. read more

I was looking to ad some Yugo mausers to my collection and while searching I came to a site called slick guns that directed me to SAMCO. I placed an order for 2 rifles and some ammo. At check out there was no estimate for shipping and no total, just confirm order and I will have a chance to review the total at a later date.3 days later I get a confirmation but still no shipping cost total. I waited 3 more days and called them ,I spoke with a woman who was very rude and told me that it was my responsibility to call them and get a total. WTF, Are these people for real?. Then she tells me that the shipping cost was $80.00 to port charlotte fl. What a total rip-off these people a criminals. I get the 2 rifles as I expected thrown in a box with 1 piece of bubble wrap, one box was open. the bolts sticking out of both boxes. The ammo was in a flimsy tin box inside a cardboard box that had broke open ,bullets every ware. I can not see how anyone would endorse these people, what an absolute disappointment read more

sold me some surplus ammo (7mm surplus ball ammo which says, "Chile 1971 FMJ" on the bottom). then i learn that this exact same ammo has been blowing up in the face of those who are so cheap that they thought they could get a 7mm round for $.20 without their being a catch. had a similar experience with them with 9mm "pistol ammunition" which they later changed to "oops - this is only 9mm SUBMACHINE GUN ammo." (refunded my money). Just know you aren't getting any warranties at all, and it could be (and twice recently) was worthless, even DANGEROUS crap. read more
