    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP…read more I had my firearm legally shipped here from Texas, and from the moment I walked in, the entire situation felt shady and unprofessional. When I first asked for my gun, the employee at the counter acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and claimed no firearm had arrived that week. Then another worker came out from the back and immediately said he remembered it and located my firearm. That alone raised red flags for me. They were ready to hand over my firearm until they realized I didn't have a Florida ID. At that point, they told me I couldn't pick it up because of Florida gun laws. Fine -- I decided to have MY property shipped back to my home state. That's when things got even worse. First, I was quoted $25 for shipping. Minutes later, after one of the younger employees called the owner, the price suddenly jumped to $40. Then I was told to come back the next day to finish everything. When I returned, the price had magically increased AGAIN -- this time to $70. On top of that, they pushed me to pay cash to avoid "extra fees." I paid the $70 because I just wanted my firearm returned to me. The owner told me I would receive a receipt and tracking information by email once the post office opened the next day. It has now been over a week and a half. No receipt. No tracking number. No confirmation that my firearm was ever shipped. Nobody answers the phone. I have called repeatedly, left messages, and sent emails with ZERO response. What kind of business ignores a customer when they are responsible for someone's firearm? At this point, it honestly feels like they are trying to rip me off and avoid accountability. I am beyond frustrated, and I will not stop pursuing this until I get answers and my property is accounted for. Avoid this place entirely.
