Today was one of the worst days I've had in a long time. My brother got arrested for getting into a fight at a nightclub. The perpetrator punched my brother and my brother ended up breaking his jaw and cracked a couple of his ribs. They ended up charging him with assault with GBI. After calling 6 other companies and feeling like I was being spoken to by some used car snake oil salesmen I ended up calling our family attorney for some help. Unlike all the other companies I called before getting referred to Mike and Same Day, I knew once I had spoken to him he was the one we were going to use for our brother. Mike was the best help. He located my son and told me the charges he was facing. This info was priceless. I didn't/ and still don't have access to this information. He kept checking his status after video court and informed me where he was housed. He could of easily took 10% of the 100k bond from me, but suggested I wait until video court to see the outcome. He then told me how the video court system works and gave me a play by play of exactly how my son needed to answer the judge. My son was denied to be OR, but bail was reduced to 50k.
