Sebastian and his coworker were polite, fast, and professional. Quick response and they were able to complete my request the next morning. They charge a reasonable price but it's hard to estimate how much of a trailer your items will take up. The only thing I would have liked to know ahead of time is the upcharge for the hazardous materials (paint, tv) since I included those items on my original list. Understandable, but wish I had known upfront. Besides that, these guys were great and I would definitely recommend them and use them again! read more

I called to make an appointment. A few days before I needed their services. Appointment was scheduled and ready to go with the quoted price. I asked what forms of payments they took and they responded in a timely manner. Day of appointment, received a text about an hour before they were supposed to show saying that they would be late. They asked what time would be better and I responded asking what time they would be available. I would told they they would get back to me when they got whatever parts they were waiting for in. This was at 9:30 am. At 4:00 pm, I messaged them asking if they had anymore information. I never received a response. This was on Friday, November 2. read more

I called Same Day Junk Removal at 11:00am and received a response and a quote in less than 30 minutes. By 4pm the trash was removed and we could continue our demolition. I got Same Day Junk Removal for a must have removal of junk just as Hurricane Nicole was closing in. It was a little expensive (but WORTH it), and I highly recommend Sebastian and will use him again, because he was very fast and he communicates well. He worked in the rain of incoming Hurricane Nicole, he did me an added favor of re-keying my front door on zero notice as an add-on service which was essential. And he'd already put in a full day's work, but went out of his way to get my apartment secured by re-keying the door before Hurricane Nicole arrived with full force. Where to start? This is probably the best company you can ever hire. I had a massive issue with tree overgrowth that could potentially damage my roof. They came out and quickly and effectively trimmed my trees and removed all the debris. The service was very reasonably priced and the amount of professionalism was unparalleled.
