Pick up was missed on 4 or 5 weeks out of 8 since New Years. I have to call when it is missed to request what day they assume to be doing what I hired them for. They often do not provide service the day they promised. Some of the excuses from the rep were "the truck is out of service for my route and the driver has the flu". I understand those issues arise in small business however it is how that business recovers from an issue that shows the customers that thy are appreciated. Too many issues of missed service causing stinky situations siting roadside with the addition to a "Dear Valued Customer" letter stating arriving yesterday stating their customers must refrain from placing any glass material in the carts/containers due to Chinas policies as our end user. On that note someone please tell me what I will do with my spaghetti jars, spice jars, and wine bottles?!!?
