Was offered a settlement and was advised not to take it waited 2 years to go to trial and then they dropped me right before my court date now I have no representation, No settlement, And I'm supposed to represent myself. Unfortunately they dropped me right after my brother took his own life I begged and I pleaded for them to reconsider we have already waited 2 years for a court date and now the court date is here. I thought I was protected I thought I was safe I had no idea I would be without representation. They Refuse to finish what they have started. Doesn't matter at all to them but affects my whole world. We were one of the first clients of Atty. Lem Garcia. It was a complex accident for us as the whole family was involved and resulted to 5 people injured.
