There is room inside the vehicle for one wheelchair and four other passengers. The drivers are polite, careful with passengers and with their driving. Unlike some companies Advance will take you to your destination and wait for you to make the return ( unless of course it is a one way requirement!). For example, if my aunt's dialysis was delayed she would experience impatience from the drivers of the other transportation services. They would not help her with her bags if she had a difficult day, etc. They did not provide the care and patience my aunt needs. LaShaunda goes over and beyond to take care of my aunt. If time permits she'll pick up something for my aunt to eat without having been asked. Not only does she take my aunt to dialysis but has stepped in to take her to doctor's appointments and helps her with errands when my work schedule does not permit.
