There is room inside the vehicle for one wheelchair and four other passengers. The drivers are polite, careful with passengers and with their driving. Unlike some companies Advance will take you to your destination and wait for you to make the return ( unless of course it is a one way requirement!). They are very timely and happy to give you cell phone number for the vehicle so that you can modify arrangements if necessary or just to check on things. Drivers were very nice, had safe and smooth driving style, always on time, fast arrival once we called for return trip even when Doctor appointment not finished until 5:45 pm. Price is good compared to several other services, and comforting because they have a flat rate so you know what to expect. I'd read some complaints, so I was a little apprehensive when I booked with them, but can't imagine how anything could have been better. Also, the discussion with office to learn about service and arrange booking were excellent.
