He never called or showed up on the day of the appointment nor did he respond to my texts or calls. Not very professional. I ended up getting fined by my HOA due to his inability to follow through. If he would have just communicated with me I could have met my deadline with another lawn service company. I actually had someone else in line but canceled them because I wasn't happy with my present lawn care's quality of work.
