6ft cedar wood fence, Scalloped design. Very pleased with the quality of the materials they used and the craftsmanship of their crew. They pay attention to detail and care about doing a good job for you. Fencing can be expensive but my fence is beautiful and worth every penny, having said that I actually was happy with the price. I've built or had built on my behalf 7 fences over time so I'm price/technique/material knowledgeable and I'd now use this company for any future fencing needs. Crew was friendly, hard working, efficient, and on time. Zero complaints with my fence, only regret is the delay and time wasted over deciding which fence company to choose. Best advice, drive around and look for fence company logo's on older fences and see how they've held up over time. read more

I got an estimate back on May 25th of this year to redo my fence that I had installed by Sampson about 20 years ago. My posts seem to be OK so I was just having the fence boards replaced. When I asked how long before the work could be done, I was told they were quoting 2 months. Fine, as long as I have some idea. At the end of July I called to see where I was on the wait list. They had no idea. Now another month has gone by and I still have not heard from anyone. read more

Someone came out and did an estimate almost 3 weeks ago. Haven't heard anything. Their phone lines have been down from the storm which I realize can suck. I emailed them and someone DID reply and say they would look into it. Since then...nothing. I did say no rush; but after waiting a few days I replied to ask if they had it finished. I've emailed them 3 or 4 times over the last week and a half and it's like they're ignoring me. I don't get it. Just email back and say you're busy or SOMETHING! Unfortunately I don't know that they will really care, but I have to let others know. read more

I recomended sampson to my sister since they been in biss for many yrs. My bad. People are knocking on her door telling her boards are coming off & gates is hanging. Fence is 4 months old. Sampson will not respone to several calls. I guess its called getting your money and run. Ill never recomened them again. I feel responsible. read more

We took out 5 bids when looking at wood privacy fences, these guys had by far the best price and the fence looks great! Lovewell looks like they'd be good but wanted an extra 1k for a small yard. I'm very happy with our purchase and their professionalism. read more

Terrible customer service. Over the years, I have called them several times to get work done on a fence they installed. They have not once come out and look at what needed to be done. I finally had to call another fence company to get the job done. This caused more headaches since they did not carry the same brand as Sampson and now I have mixed fencing. I would not recommend this company to do any work. Save yourself some aggregation and go with some one else read more
