After installing the countertop for the second time, they left us with a 6" crack that is (according to Patt Co) "as good as they can do." To be fair, Rich admitted after the second install that they just started doing smaller projects, and they're still learning. Very annoying and harassing that they can't get their CRM set up properly to remove and update accounts. We haven't even completed a service with them for all the call let alone do we even live in the QC metro area.
