Our server was Jason and we were impressed with the impeccable hospitality that he extended to us. Very friendly, patient, detail oriented and with a great sense of humor. I'm not a big fan of oysters, but these were delicious. The 1/2 duck in master stock with Asian slaw salad and steamed jasmine rice was interesting, the master stock in which the duck was cooked in was a stroke of genius. Pouring its oily goodness over the rice and duck gave the taste that much more oomph for my taste buds... or was that more quack? On the side we got steamed green beans with bulgarian fetta and french fries for good measure. I never really order oysters and duck when I'm at a restaurant, in fact, this is the first time I conjured up this combo, where in the past, I haven't been big on these rather popular dishes... and you know what? I may be wrong but I get the feeling that Dock's is the sort of place that gets a lot of custom because of it's great location when the summer crowd rolls in and has no real reason to improve because of it.
