I came to CVS on 2/5/26 to have a prescription transferred from Walgreens. The associate at the…read moredrop off window was an African American female named Hannah. Hannah did not greet me as I stood waiting for assistance at the window. Instead, she let me stand in line as the only person there while she took a personal call. Being that I was the only person in line and she didn't acknowledge me I asked her if anyone was working the window she replied "I am" and continued her phone conversation until she was ready to assist me. She told the person on the phone, "we will close at 9. I'll call you back." When I told her what I needed she informed me that Walgreens doesn't answer the phone and had me move behind the next customer that came up in line. I ended driving back to Walgreens just to discover that the prescription had been sent to CVS. This was a total inconvenience. When I came back to CVS I noticed how kind she was to the white customers and I let her know that she made me extremely uncomfortable. I have never had this experience before at this particular CVS location but I will not be returning due to Hannah's nasty attitude and potential racism towards her own.

They spent time calling my insurance to see if they could cover my refill. They were very kind, patient, and professional. The location generally has a friendly, happy vibe. It is clean and well-maintained. As soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by many friendly "hellos". I recommend this location!

No more waiting in line for hours to purchase grocery items. Plus, it is not as cluttered as the traditional Walmart stores. This place is clean and usually well-stocked. The workers are far more helpful here than at the supercenters due to the lower foot traffic. Never extremely crowded especially later at night. And the self-checkouts are a much-needed help.

There are lots of redneck anti-maskers on the loose in here because they do not enforce the mask requirement. Also, a lot of the employees wear masks below their nose. The employee who helped us checkout was very ghetto and slow. A lot of the merchandise in the store are very damaged. Example: Beat up cardboard boxes, 3 pack missing 1, etc. Overall, I do not recommend this Sams Club but sadly it's the only option in Albany

A man and a woman on Wednesday 10/09/24. These two people were extremely nice despite us ordering so many sandwiches at one time. Their patience was exemplary considering the circumstances. When we walked up there was no one on line at at all. They made the sandwiches with all of the fixings exactly the way we wanted them. Philly style. We appreciated your time and skills. The sandwiches were delicious. Also thank you to the lady in the deli section who suggested Boars Head Chicken Everest. It was delicious.
