Yes they have walmart in Cancun along with every fast food US joint you can think of including Church's chicken, costco, Sam's club, Subway, VIPS, Chris Ruth etc. Anyhow the walmart was nothing special, just another walmart but i did score a tortilla press for $240 pesos which seemed high but couldn't find it in any other markets so had to settle for it. this is definitely not as nice as the Chedrui and the quality is a miss but it had what we needed and the bakery was actually better. Dam mini cheese buns are so good it's dangerous at $3 pesos! The walmart also had a huge selection of Cancun t-shirts for $130 pesos not that i need another tshirt. value 3.5/5 atmosphere 3/5 service 3/5 quality 3/5 12.5/20

I am writing this to bring attention to a serious scam that occurred inside your Walmart 24h store…read morein Cancun. During my visit, a man named Mike, wearing a Walmart name tag, approached us inside the store and offered what he claimed was an official Walmart promotion: * 6 round-trip ferry tickets to Isla Mujeres * A full-day golf cart rental * Lunch on the island * Hotel pickup All for USD $120, with a $30 deposit. He repeatedly assured us that he worked for Walmart, not any resort, and that it was NOT a timeshare sales pitch. However, later that night he messaged us saying the pickup would be changed to 8:00 AM so he could take us to another resort for breakfast -- something we never agreed to. When we insisted on sticking to the original 9:30 AM plan, he showed up the next morning and again pressured us to go to the resort to attend a 1.5-hour presentation, which was obviously a timeshare scheme. When we refused, he told us the trip was canceled and that our $30 deposit was being kept by his "boss." He then claimed we would have to return to Walmart to get it back. Before we could even discuss it further, he jumped onto a bus and disappeared. This was misrepresentation, dishonesty, and a clear scam -- all happening inside Walmart premises, by someone wearing a Walmart name badge. I am requesting: 1. Walmart Cancun to investigate how scammers are operating inside your store while appearing to be legitimate staff. 2. The resort involved to take responsibility for using deceptive tactics to lure tourists into timeshare presentations. 3. A refund of the $30 deposit that was taken under false pretenses. 4. Measures to ensure this does not happen to other visitors. Tourists should feel safe inside a well-known retailer like Walmart -- not targeted by scammers pretending to be staff. Chedraui was a short walk from where we were staying and we shopped multiple times during our visit. We were able to find beautiful produce, tortillas, alcohol, and all kinds of other things at a fraction of what we pay here in the states. The staff was very friendly, although not much English is spoken. The store is very bright, clean, and feels very safe. We felt very lucky to have found Chedraui and fr it to be so close to where we were staying. They also have lots of souvenirs and vacation essentials like sunscreen and aloe. There is also an amazing bakery inside with delicious breads and sweet treats. Everything was so inexpensive and so delicious. I ate way too many carbs from this little section of the store.

This is equivalent to Fashion Island (NB), South Coast Plaza (CM), and Westfield Market Street…read more(SF). It has Tiffany's, Prada, Sergio Ferragamo (sp), Burberry, Rolex .... to name a few. For those who love high-end fashion and want to see what Cancun, Mexico stores carry, then THIS IS the place .... or should I say Palace! 5-Stars because there's just about every single high-end store here ..... so you should see what items they care just for Cancun, Mexico.

Normally love this store as we have been in Cancun for many years but had a terrible experience…read morejust this week. We wanted to return a Christmas present that would not work and we're accused of using said item (even though it had only been taken out of the bag at Christmas time and never again). Then when they finally said it was ok to be returned they would not give us any money back for two weeks "because they had to process" and we had to come back and claim it in person. This was not a cheap gift and so we wanted the money back. Overall a terrible experience took over an hour to return one item and we still walked away with no money.

On the level 1 there are very much product- Once you enter there are men that try to see for different liquors. They all look quirky and fruity fluid. Tempting but I do not imbibe and don't know about the future. On the second floor they sell salad, steaks,frozen item, popsicles, ice-cream, cakes, fresh. Bollios and delicios scrumptious pan dulce. I shall return!

Super creepy experience here on a busy Saturday afternoon. This was the busiest I have ever seen…read morethe Super Selecto. Lines extended down the aisles. I got my items and used self check out, which took under 5 minutes. An attentive employee was there assisting people. I had Ubered to the Selecto and asked the driver to wait, saying I would pay him directly for the return to my hotel. It's the first time I had done this. I usually walk down to the Starbucks and grab an Uber from there. Thank God I didn't. When I reached the ground level exit a man had followed me! I stepped outside the entrance and he was shouting questions at me in English, asking where my husband was and where was I from, and didn't I want to talk to him!!! I looked for my Uber driver as the man was advancing on me. My driver saw what was happening and pulled up to me quickly, nearly running the man over. He literally saved me from a BAD situation. Where was the Super Selecto security??? I am in Cancun once a month. This is the first time I have felt unsafe.

The pharmacy sold me a small Vicks vaporub, since they don't provide you with a bag I put it in my…read morepocket . We did more shopping in town and when I put my hand in my pocket it felt a little slick but not enough to stain my shorts that's when I realized that it was cracked from the lid to the bottom. When I returned to the store and went to the service desk one of the managers refused to exchange it. She said I probably dropped it and that's how it cracked. I showed her that their are no scuff marks on the bottle. She still refused to exchange it. She said that I was lying. I just wanted to exchange it not return it. We stayed at a hotel not too far away and discovered it while walking down the road. The supermarket is very large and well-stocked, but a bit sloppy. That's OK, because their prices are very low. They have a wide variety of items and they also sell some souvenirs. The check-out is quick too. In all, if you're staying nearby and you need some supplies, I highly recommend it.
